Standard delivery is FREE on all Home Decor Items (unless stated otherwise). Deliveries take up to 3-5 working days. Some of our products are stocked in our warehouse & other products will be ordered specially from our suppliers. If this is the case we will contact you regarding any delay with delivery.
Larger Items: Furniture, Lighting, Rugs Etc.
For ALL furniture deliveries please contact us and we will supply you with a quote for the delivery of the furniture items. If you need the item before a certain date please contact us before you order.

We only deliver to the UK mainland (excl. Ireland). If you live outside this area, please contact us to see if our courier will deliver to you & we can get a price on this service for you.
We require a Mobile Number & Email for our courier who may contact you on the day of dispatch, we cannot give a specific time of delivery. Deliveries are made between 7:30 - 18:30. If you miss the delivery they will leave a calling card. Please note: After 2 failed attempts the item will be returned to our warehouse & further charges will be applied.
Day of Delivery
Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect each item carefully to check for damage caused in transit. We inspect each item before we dispatch & every item is sent out in perfect condition. It's your responsibility to check each item upon receipt & reject if it has been damaged in transit.
For furniture the delivery staff will request that you sign a form confirming the items are in good condition. Once you have signed, the insurance cover ceases. If your item is damaged you must notify us within 24hrs so we can arrange a replacement.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Cosy Home Cross-gates Leeds Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. If you place your order before 2 pm Mon-Sat your order will be ready for collection on the same day, you will be notified once your order is ready to collect. For Sunday same-day collection please place your order before 1 pm. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9.30 am-5.30 pm on Monday-Saturday and Sundays/Bank Holidays 10 am-4 pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 working days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
